The Qualifications We Seek

• 3–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Your Daily Tasks

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and compliance
• Handle regular bank and credit card reconciliations
• Support month-end close activities, including preparation of required reports
• Maintain and update the general ledger to ensure accurate financial records
